"Our stay was great. Nice updated rooms that were clean and comfortable. Lobby was very busy, as we were there for a convention. Hot tub was great, pool was pretty but it could have been heated. Nice hotel and easy for convention center and arena "

"The location is excellent in the middle of downtown and close to the Convention Center. There is a lot of space for a city like LA. But, the apartments could use some attention. The bathroom doors did not close and the latch on the balcony door was broken. Would expect more out of a 4 star property. Shower pressure was terrible as well."

Also, no electrical power in the one bedroom and the 2nd bedroom was brutal as the location was above an area where every few minutes you heard car horns beeping and it made it impossible to sleep. When you're paying that much money for a one night stay, we should not have had any of these problems. We were also, told that the guy would be right back with the garage remote and after waiting over an hour, we had to call again and were told that he was busy...
