"Clean,comfortable room with exceptional service. Enjoyed the free shuttle service offered to Universal Studios. Metro to downtown and grocery store to stock up fridge are a short (15-20 min) walk away. Microwave is available on request for small fee. Breakfast was a quick phone call and pickup(can be delivered for a fee). Would recommend and stay again. "

"We booked through Hotels.com, and they goofed: We thought we were getting a Deluxe room, which is what we usually stay in (we are Best Western members, and won't reserve through a third party ever again). The regular room had an unpleasant odor, and the night manager Monica checked out several rooms with me until we found one that was better. They had breakfast tacos, pancakes made from a machine which is fun for kids, cereal, yogurt, English muffins were large and fresh, oranges, apples, coffee, lemonade and orange juice. They had toppings for eggs, and pancakes. They also had bread for toast, and bagels. The servers were super friendly and made sure everything was stocked.
