Our room was clean, quiet and the kitchen was nice. Breakfast items were ok, not great. The Mon-Wed free happy hour had hotdogs and beer. We would have liked a spa to ease or bodies from busy days of walking. The air-conditioning pushed out over our bed and we were warm than freezing all night.

I would of gave it a 5 star 🌟 but I was there for 5 nights and not one day they did a good cleaning to my room, I requested 2 times and both times they only brought towels the second time they only did the beds and put bags for the trash :( other than that it was good.

Close to downtown Disneyland, off I-5, many food options within a 5-mile radius, Knott’s Berry Farm is max. 15 minutes away. Adventure Park is 10 minutes away. Hotel offers decent breakfast (very good for the price per room per night).

This location was nothing like the one in Irvine. Small dining hall, given handicapped room (and not the room with sofa bed in attached room like we got in Irvine), slow elevators. Totally disappointing experience. We will not return and while we would stay at the one in Irvine again, we won't automatically look for a Staybridge in a different city thinking it will be the same as Irvine (like you do for other known brands).

Very clean hotel and a very friendly staff. The full kitchen is functional and clean. Very close to Disneyland theme park, you can watch the fireworks at 9:30 from outside the main entrance. ARCO gas station is right across the street. Breakfast can do better, not very many good options. Covered parking, designated smoking area. Overall a good experience and a great value for money.

Suite was great, and our party of 8 had plenty of room! My only complaint was the difficulty in closing French doors to both bedrooms in our suite. Other than that, our stay at Staybridge accommodated all of our needs!

Friendly staff. Nice hot breakfast. The room was so clean and spacious for a family of four. It’s walkable to a tram nearby, which transported us to Disneyland and California Adventure Park while we left the car at the hotel. We don’t mind going back there someday.

I'm very discontent with my stay. First of all when we got to our assigned room it had a very bad smell we thought it was because the door had been closed for too long. We tried to ignore it and try to get comfortable. At around 10pm I had to call the reception because we couldn't take the smell it just kept getting stronger such a strong humidity smell that was making us sick! My daughters started coughing and we felt it wasn't safe at all. Luckily the receptionist was super nice and considerate and was able to move us to a different room. Although I was thankful that we were able to get out of that dangerous smell it was just a very bad experience. Oh not to mentioned the first room had roaches!!! The staff is super nice and friendly and the breakfast was also delicious.
