She was charming wishing me a happy birthday. Then two minutes after entering our room, she called to make sure everything was ok. Then about a half hour later, she personally brought to the room a dish a chocolates and a hand-written card welcoming us and again wishing me a happy birthday. The whole staff was...

"Excellent location at the edge of old Amsterdam and across from Central Station. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. It's very trendy, so for older folks lighting is a challenge. A/C works great and is very quiet."

"I liked the free shuttle to the airport and the food in the bar. The only complaint about the hotel was there was no lotion in the bathroom. But other than that, I would say it is a very good place to spend the night before you fly out of Amsterdam."
