I returned to reception and the card was reset, i returned again to the 4th floor to find it still wasn't working. A member of staff then escorted me to the access door on the 4th floor to ensure it worked the 3rd time."

"Great location right beside the metro and a shopping strip mall. We stayed in family room 411 and the internet rarely worked. They tried resetting the modem, but that didn’t help. . They offered to move us the 2nd day, but when we checked there were no family rooms available that day to switch to. Other than the internet access the hotel was nice. "

"We had a lot of luggage and needed a friend to come up to help us get it downstairs. He called me and said that they refused to let him up. This was the 4th time and all of a sudden he was forbidden. In the end he cam upstairs, it didn't even take 5 minutes. Such a crazy rule. Other than that the stay was fine. "Hotel is about a 30 min drive from the centre of Amsterdam. I had a car but not sure whether there are adequate transport links - the hotel has a shuttle to the airport which is convenient. The staff were great and the hotel was well managed and clean. However the only point of contention was the cloth they place the end of the bed (not sure what it’s called but it’s usually branded and ends up on the floor 10 seconds upon getting in bed) had questionable white stains on both beds.
