"We had a most enjoyable stay at Breitner House! It was the highlight of this trip to Amsterdam (which is saying quite a lot). Camilla is a charming hostess! She proudly told us the history of the house, and served a sumptuous, delicious, and beautifully appointed full breakfast. (She thoughtfully accommodated our dietary restrictions.) "This may be one of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff bent over backwards to make us happy. The day we checked in, the clerk noticed on my passport that it was my birthday. She was charming wishing me a happy birthday. Then two minutes after entering our room, she called to make sure everything was ok. "The staff here was absolutely wonderful! When I arrived at 9am from a different hotel, my room was ready! I stayed close to the center because I came for the weekend to celebrate Kingsday. The location was so close to everything and was even near two of my favorite restaurants! It is a 5 minute walk to the Anne Frank House too. I would highly recommend this hotel and will most likely stay here next time I come to Amsterdam. "
