Free parking is available 300m away but is highly sought after and difficult to get, paid parking outside the property is easy but is 6€ per day. "This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "

"The location is amazing - the balcony is a great place to sit and gaze at the views, and watch Annecy pass by. Special mention to the nearby Haven cafe for breakfast - booking advised! Beer o’clock is one of many very pleasant places to relax with a drink - the markets are worth a look and the clean up after them is impressive! The lake water is as clean as the photos suggest - all in all this is a place and an apartment that will give you a great holiday!"

"I would return without hesitation because of the location and cleanliness of the apartment. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the balcony because of a wasp problem and our car didn’t fit in the garage but we almost always found space in the visitors spaces. Fans provided in each bedroom but it was very hot without A/C. That said, we enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others "

"About 10 mons before we were due to check in we received a text saying it wasnt ready even though it was the agreed check in time. We waited over an hour and had no more communication so went to the property. It is a nice apartment in a great location but it was very damp and had clearly had an issue with flooding.
