Le parking est un avantage indéniable.On se rend sans problème à pied dans le centre d'Annecy et au bord du lac. Seul bémol de la location, si on entre dans la résidence par une petite rue tranquille, l'appartement lui-même donne sur le "Chemin de la croix rouge" qui est une route très fréquentée et donc bruyante si on veut garder les fenêtres ouvertes.
