« We recently stayed at this property for several days and had a really nice experience. The check-in process was smooth for the most part, and the directions provided were clear. However, we were initially given the wrong gate code, which caused a bit of confusion. « We arrived at check in time and there were two locks on two gate. The code they gave us in the instructions did not work. We could hear them in the main house. We stayed outside for an hour, trying similar combos, spent time on the phone with VRBO support where everyone attempted to contact the hosts. My two year old had a restroom accident waiting for assistance. The VRBO support had us take a video of us trying to open the lock and after another hour of no contact from the hosts, we spent...
