"Room was nice , clean and big. Comfortable bed"

"Loved the size of our two bedroom villa. It was a little outdated but well maintained. A lot of the smaller snack shops and other amenities were closed. The staff were really friendly. I did not like the 10 AM check out policy, but we were able to access the pools until 2 PM. Lovely gym facilities and changing rooms available."

"First off got put in a bad room. We were there to celebrate our anniversary. Was asked if we could get put to a better room And was told they would see what they could do. Never heard from anyone afterwards. The room needs to be updated. I was supposed to have a king's size and we got a queen. The shower didn't work right.I did let them know. I feel the money I spent .It was not worth it. I wish there was a way to get some kind of credit. So I can rent a different room to recelerate our anniversary. Thank you"
