"There is trash all in the front and inside in some of the hallways. They only had a trash bin at the front desk. I had tickets to for a show for my son and I. We missed it because valet told us to call 30 min before we need our car. I waited 1.5 and when I spoke to the manager they said they have nothing to do with the valet parking. Which they provide and take payment for. Staff did not help with anything at all. Room and bathroom was so tight. I will never stay here again"
