"Had a wonderful stay. We loved the robot butler delivering items to the room and the arcade in the building. The area was really lively and so many good food options- and a 7-11 down the block and very close to the massive Shinjuku train station. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Lastly, hotel had a wonderful breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Excellent hotel. The staff and service was impeccable. The room we had was huge and had a nice view. Lots of restaurants in the area and short walk to train stations and the Tokyo metropolitan building. Would 10000% stay there again. Thank you!"

"Decent location close to shinjuku station. Clean rooms. Beds are a bit firm. No fans in the bathroom for some reason. The room was also too warm and the AC didn't seem to help much. It was ok for the price."

"Overall, the location was great and we had a pleasant experience. The room, however, left much to be desired. We had a triple and it was cramped with barely any room for our luggage and looked like it was in need of a renovation. Also, the bathroom required a step up, which was somewhat dangerous at night. The staff was great and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed the paid breakfast on-site. "
