"It is a bit dingy, tight, and unkept but it is appropriate for the price. I’d stay again if I wanted to keep my accommodation low. It is really close to a subway station which is convenient. One thing to keep in mind though is that they do not watch your items if you’re only staying one night. So be sure to store your valuables in your capsule and close the blinds so that it looks you’re in your capsule."

"This property was excellent for the requirements of our family and our trip. We wanted to stay close to Ueno train station, so this property was only a short flat walk which made it access with suitcases. The room was amazing, very spacious and clean, just immaculate. We chose the ciry view family room, and although the view wasnt anything spectacular (our room overlooked a strip club) it was relatively quiet. "You need to understand what is a capsule hotel. Even though it looks a bit weird, it does exactly what it is made for. Giving you a place to sleep, dry and clean. The commodities are shared by all the customers, so you have to expect some flaws. Not because of the staff… they were always vacuuming the carpet and answering all the customers but this place bring a lot of weird persons and some don’t clean after them. I really enjoyed that place."
