Amazing and very friendly staff. No laundry but there is a 24 hour coin laundromat 2 blocks away. Lots to do in the area, shopping, restaurants, very close to the train station, only a few corners have shady guys standing all day.

Although it is not a luxury hotel, it is well-suited for my trip. The prices are reasonable. It is close to Kameido station, and I found some nice restaurants nearby. I will be staying at the hotel for a family trip next month, mainly because of its reasonable price and location.

We stayed there 7 nights, it was a very calm stay. Accessible to different convenient stores, train station walking distance. They had a few complimentary toiletries. Rooms are small but most hotel room are unless you’re paying up for the big rooms. I would stay here again.

I liked that it was near the metro. What I didn’t like, it’s that from the Expedia platform, it gives you the wrong direction of the hotel. I walked to an other direction with my big luggage. But it’s ok, then I just wrote the hotel directly in my maps and it was ok. I think the hotel was nice, but the smell was strong. It smelled like cigarette and i really didn’t like it. I liked the amenities.
