You can get a change of sheets and towel daily if you want. You get a small electronic lock box in your capsule. Love that it’s at least on a high level for a nice view of Shinjuku when looking through their big wide windows. Lots of artsy books to browse slowly while chilling & eating at the rest area. The cabin rooms are ok. Had to be extra careful not to make any knocks & bumps in there to avoid disturbing the others haha. I got a cabin which I need to climb up to. The handrail is kinda clunky with an exposed screw at the top. The ladder to climb up could be upgraded to a wider step for easy secure stepping for my foot. If you are not fit, make sure to request for a bottom bunk. Climbing up & down is a mini workout 😅 Morning breakfast is nice. For my 1st day, the lady who served me was nice & respectful. Very cool spot. Great ambience in the common areas. Great staff. Really great food in the cafe. You also can’t beat the price in that area of Shinjuku. You’re in walking distance to a million great things. The only drawback is obviously the space for sleeping and storing your stuff. It’s small and there’s not a lot of room for your luggage. The shared bathroom was pretty clean for the most part, but it’s still a shared bathroom. For the price and for the experience and for location, I definitely recommend. The pod itself was really hot. The staff who checked us in were really nice. It is a different experience, however it could do with a scrub and vacuum. There was thick clumps of dust in the corners of the sleeping pod and the shower could have done with a really deep clean. The sinks on the backs of the toilet had grimy marks in them.
