the area is in the central of shinjuku, is very convenient, and the restaurant around the hotel ! The only thing I don’t like is pub to much for me , and many young people stay outside the street , maybe abit noisy at night

very nice hotel, room was abit on the small side and would of liked the desk to be smaller and the couch to be gone. when you are travelling with suitcases you need space to put things. but the room was nice and clean and it is in a great location. lots of things to do and see in the area and in walking distance to the station. loved the area. i did ask for an iron ( they have a laundry room but no iron in there ) and after asking three times over a 2 day period i never got one to use. breakfast was very nice and the staff member taking the tickets for your breakfast was so nice and pleasant.

So convenient for shopping, eating and transport. There is plenty of buzz and atmosphere in the streets surrounding the hotel yet all is quiet and relaxed once inside. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Would not hesitate a moment to return.

Great spot in Shinjuku! Right next to golden gai. It was a little confusing getting there at first (we had to go up escalators/elevators a few floors up) but signage is clear outside!

The staff at this hotel was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We had an issue with the safe, which they resolved by the time we returned for the day. The area around the hotel is not great and filled with seedy bars and clubs. For that reason, I would not plan to stay here again.
