"Everything was perfect."

"We are so thrilled we were able to stay at a hotel Zephyr. The staff were extremely friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean and had a fun designs. There was a lot for tiles of all ages to do in the hotel, including snores on the fire pits in the evening and all the indoor and outdoor lawn and board games. They had awesome resources on traveling while in San Francisco, and throughout California. The location was also extremely safe, and right across from Fisherman’s wharf. Public transportation and the famous hop-on hop-off trolleys are also easily accessible. Parking is $65 but is available on sight and is discounted 50%off on the first day if you book the hotel from Expedia. We were also on a higher floor and had an amazing view of San Francisco. The only complaint we had was that the room with two queens was a little narrow. Two people could not walk across the hotel room, without another person having to move out of the way. Otherwise, it was an absolutely wonderful hotel that I recommended to all my friends and family with children."

"Was just expecting more from this stay. Property is tired and you can tell it gets very busy. If you’re coming for golf with kids it’s probably fine but paying $22/night to park our car when we’re already renting a room for the night was a little over the top. We requested a room with a view and ended up having a view of the parking lot. "

"Hotel was very clean and well kept. Heated pool was perfect for the cool weather. Breakfast included had great options."

"Ok so it’s a little pricey than staying in the hotels between LA and San Francisco but it’s the location, the staff, the room and amenities that make it worth it. So close to the piers and far enough away from the sea lions which could wake the dead! Lovely place to stay. Thank you "

"The bathroom vent didn’t work and the bathroom is extremely small! The door hits the toilet. Not much room to move around in. The breakfast was “okay”. "
