"Shower water pressure was extremely low…..in both bathrooms. One trash can in the kitchen. None nowhere else….in a two bedroom unit. “Leather furniture was cracking and peeling”. We didn’t sit on the furniture. I sat on the end table, when watching TV in the living room. Washer/dryer was out of service. And the ice machine on our floor was out. We have stayed at this property three previous times. No time was perfect, but we liked the overall stay, so we would come back This time there were so many things not to par. For a boutique hotel, u don’t expect full-service. But when u pay for the upgrade rooms, you expect service and amenities to match the upgrade price and experience."

"Nice quick stay in Miami at a popular hotel centrally located near Bayside. Great landmarks near by, comfy room with the essentials. Loved the pool deck and bar. The gym has a step climber and free weights. You don’t stop on Vacation. CVS was a few steps away so if you forget any toiletries, snacks, etc., you’re covered. Eateries and wonderful neighborhood vibe coffee shops not even a full block away. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, towel or cleaning services, and restaurants on site! "

"Went four hours without water in the entire hotel no way to flush our toilet no way to wash our hands and no way for fire protection and the sprinkler systems. No water was available on the entire hotel and no compensation was given for the inconvenience. Very surprised that legally they could keep us in the hotel Upper floor if a hotel has no fire protection, they should place us in a nearby hotel for safety and for liability "
