Your time in the Magic City will lead to a lifetime of memories.

No visit to Miami is complete without a trip to the waterfront. The city enjoys year-round warm weather, so you can show up at the beach in your flip-flops and swimsuit just about any day of the year. Wriggle your toes in the warm sand and try your hand at snorkeling, surfing, jet skiing, or one of numerous other exciting and inexpensive watersports. Once you’ve reached the limit of your athletic prowess (or the bottom of your bottle of sunscreen), go inland to Calle Ocho, located in the Little Havana neighbourhood. Sample the food at the many Cuban restaurants, then duck in and out of the various shops lining the street.

You’ll want to shower up and relax after all this activity, so head back to your 2-star hotel to prep for your evening out. Kick back in the pool or enjoy a soak in the hot tub, then catch a quick catnap so you’re ready to head to MOCA, the Museum of Contemporary Art. This museum boasts an admission fee of only a few dollars (though donations are encouraged), and free outdoor jazz concerts on the last Friday of every month.

When you book a trip with Expedia.ca, you’re guaranteed the best discounts and deals around. Find rooms at a 2-star hotel--or any other hotel in Miami--at a price that won’t leave your wallet reeling. Now that’s what we call a great deal.
