"Picked this property because it had pool and hot tub. We asked where pool was and they said closed for renovations. This should’ve been communicated as I wouldn’t have picked property if I knew. Only night shift front desk person was only person that would greet us, house keeping would look and say nothing, restaurant staff only had a few people, nothing overwhelming but they would ignore you for long periods, food was cold, paper thin bacon, and half cooked potatoes. Prices do not represent value and they charge a lot cause nothing else close by to eat. They have a nice display piano in front of restaurant but it’s all full of dust which gives a bad look n my opinion a reflections that they don’t care. This place has great potential but poorly managed and it reflects."
