The front desk was really nice and I like that they have wheel locks for protection. The only thing is that there are apparently a lot of robberies there. So definitely ask for the wheel lock so your car doesn’t get stolen. The hotel was clean and the showers were clean which is a huge plus.

We wanted to have a quick drink at the restaurant when we arrived at 3, but it didn’t open till 5. Generally the room was not well kept - dirty walls, the shower door handle was loose to the point of falling off, there was a smell to the AC.

The hotel charges so much, doesn't even give a bottle of water to guest, you have to buy the bottled water from gift shop. No toiletries given. Waste of money

Good location, not crowded, nice restaurant, sweet young lady serving there, the restaurant is open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m only. Inconvenient I would say, cannot have a coffee in the morning. Overall a nice hotel, I was happy until the last day early morning when the housekeeper knocked on our door and opened to check if we were still there, 8:30a.m.

Novotel is a great brand & we did have a great stay here. The staff is extremely polite & helpful however the only drawback is no complimentary water bottles or dental kits. Also, the parking here is very unsafe. We were provided a lock by the staff to put on the car, but still when we woke up we did have a notification on our Toyota application( at 3:30 AM) regarding a window open in the car.

Room was tidy and clean but hot tub and pool terribly dirty. Something stick in my daugter hair and we could not remove or clean it so had to cut her head...it was reported to receptiinist and just heard thry will transfer to management....reastaurant was ckean and friendly but limited varity of food and prucy.
