"I had to extend my stay so had to move rooms ( not an issue). Both rooms were nice but a tv remote had flat batteries in the first room. The second room had what looked like large heat blisters on the surface of the desk and a worn away edge and a bulb off in the bathroom so I think the maintenance needs to be a bit better. Other than that the staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast was fine. Very close to bars and restaurants. "

"Excellent hotel. Executive room was very spacious. Only down side was room was very hot and as the air conditioning is centrally controlled I could not reduce the temperature. This meant a few sleepless nights. It changes next week I’m told. I do not think this is acceptable. The room temperature should be controlled independently. We opted for a lake view and I'm so glad we did - with panoramic views of the lake from large glass windows/doors.
