There is the general Mercure connection or a connection in your room. The signal is good .... the bad point is using a VPN it drips every 1 minute. This is really no good when travelling on business and I need VPN to connect to my companies mail system. I complained every time but nothing is done. "It's a very lovely stay. Nice and big room, very cozy. The birthday setting and cake is also warm and friendly. Hotel bar is on 46 floor, perfect for a drink in the evening. Highly recommend, definitely would go back. "

Location is about a 10 minute walk from Lake Tai Hu, although that certain part is a so called Park and there is an entrance fee (I think around 20 kuai) Lots...

"At first, I realized I booked the wrong Pace location, although it was easy enough to catch the metro two stops to the other location. The staff were helpful in guiding me to the correct hotel, and offered to change if necessary (I figured better to stick with the reservation). Once settled, the new staff were also kind, though difficulty speaking English! Room was decent and clean, and breakfast delivered to the door each morning. I would recommend Pace to other travelers! "This hotel is well situated near a large shopping center and a metro stop. Also, there are nearby bus stops as well. The hotel itself seems to be well-maintained and the room is mostly comfortable. I say mostly because it always seems so hot in the rooms, even in the dead of winter. I always have to ask for a fan to offset the heat. I adjust the thermostat, but it doesn't seem to help. The breakfast buffet that was included with my stay is mostly terrible; it's VERY Chinese/Asian style. ...
