The receptionist team was friendly and helpful. I can't stress how aesthetically pleasing the room was, the hotel is really well designed (fluted glass panels in the bathroom!). The air conditioning works well, both for cooling and heating functions, making my stay very comfortable. I was also very lucky to have a good view from my room. And it is 5 min walking distance away from the Tongde Xing restraunt for the best Suzhou noodles, then 5 min to the night market around the Guanqian Street. The best part is that it is quiet despite of the great location. This property is magically shielded by couple quiet blocks and a huge grass land. Very clean and comfortable. 20 from metro with Lu e 1 and 4 linking major places of attraction. Reception staff very helpful. Provide free cappuccino and espresso made from beans. Free washing machine and dryer with washing liquid.
