The staff were super helpful and kind. We were provided with recommended local attractions to visit and local restaurants to try in Suzhou. The free laundry facilities were also extremely handy given we were travelling light. The rooms were good sized and very clean. Another particularly helpful feature in the room was that the windows were fitted with mosquito netting that kept the bugs away while we enjoy some of the autumnal breeze in the evenings. The breakfast was not that good and worker didn't refill any food or drink. The ladies at the breakfast area were really rude and yelling at all the guests. The room was ok, the bed and pillows were really nice and comfy. The hotel is very calm, and my wife's mother (who is very sensitive) could sleep well.
