Found it a little loud this time as we were above the front entrance and could hear everyone hanging around the entrance, plus dance competition guests were in the halls till 11 pm and up at 6:30. No big deal. We are familiar with the area and have stayed here many times. "

"Despite a total lack of booking for our stay as Expedia failed to deliver, the hotel reception tried to sort out the mess with Expedia for about an hour before they finally had to admit defeat. A room was made available to us at this late hour so we are least had some where to sleep. The hotel staff where excellent, Expedia help desk was a waste of time."

"Quaint, small, clean comfortable and accommodated my two dogs inspite of the fact that I had to carry kennels via the elevator (very small) to the second floor. The staff were super helpful and made our stay pleasant. They helped us several times when the card key wasn't working and when the heavy doors were not opening. While there is a ramp to use a trolly, there is no door push for the inside doors. The outside doors are very heavy and not user friendly which could be improved. I'm not...
