We stayed at the Hollis at the beginning of our road trip and at the end. Both stays were comfortable and staff was great
This cute little Inn backs onto the dock where the tall ships had arrived. Although the view from our window on the first floor was of the patio of the next Inn, there was a balcony to sit on to enjoy the view of the dock. The restaurant on the lower level also has a patio with a view of the dock. ...
Very comfortable stay. The hosts were very welcoming, treating us as friends as much as guests. We were even invited to their son's birthday party on Canada Day ! We'd recommend this B&B and hope to return there ourselves in future.
Wonderful place in a quiet residential area close to downtown. The hotel is gorgeous and has an abundance of things to do inside it that literally made us want to spend more time there. Breakfast was delicious and Sam was an absolute pleasure to talk to, recommending an insider's list of excellent ...
Perfect spot for touring Lunenburg. Parking is on the street and there is plenty, but don't break any rules as the meter maid takes her job very seriously! There is no restaurant in the hotel but so many options just steps away. Coffee shop is right next door.
last minute reservation as Halifax was booked up and I needed a place for family of 6. Worked out great just wished I could have used the breakfast that was included. Why don't hotels in downtown Halifax have an Airport shuttle. Its so far away they must realize that its needed.
check in was excellent, room was ready at 12:00 when we arrived, great facilities, gym, pool and breakfast all top shelf. location was perfect to enjoy waterfront, restaurants and downtown. it was our 35th anniversary and they made us feel appreciated. look forward to going back.
The room was spacious and newly renovated. Bed comfortable, Nice large TV (although with limited channels to view). Nothing to complain about other than it was noisy outside.
