It’s a pass on the Westin for us next time. The run down room smelled moldy and bathroom vanity was broken. The tv and phone didn’t work well either.

I loved how the staff was very friendly and ready to greet you by the doors when you arrived. It was my birthday weekend and they all wished me a happy birthday. They helped me and my friend with our bags and car too. The hotel wasn’t worth what we paid though. The room and bathroom were very small, there was no microwave, and breakfast wasn’t included. The bed was very comfy though and the room service was awesome

We loved that the property was so easily accessible to the wharf as well as the Jazz Festival. The access to the hotel was brutal due to extensive construction and road closures but that is not the hotel’s fault and will resolve itself once it is completed. Would recommend this property!

The carpets in the guest room should change. The washroom should have an electrical exhaust fan. Closet door should not have a door closer on it. Very unconfortable when using the closet. The light in the closet should have a briter bulb. Plus the light switch should be in the closet.

The person who checked us in did not give us our breakfast voucher, instruct us properly on parking or inform us on gym/pool location. Bathroom in room was very small. Breakfast and staff are amazing.

The whole stay was perfect. My only complaint was that the hot tub wasn’t hot either time I checked but the pool and workout room are great. Staff is amazing, helpful and friendly. Our first night there my son got the fish and chips from room service and it was fast and delicious (and reasonably priced)
