The front desk staff were amazing, customer service was fantastic. The first day a young lady checked us in and due to our circumstances and some confusion, she waved the parking fee for us. I thought this was very nice. The next day, I needed some extra coffee and cream and the front desk attendant brought it right up to our room and supplied us with loads of extras. Can't say enough how pleased I was with the service and kindness of the front desk.

Our stay. Was great! Unfortunately it was the same time as the forest fires and evacuation accommodations were offered at your facilities. Bravo to hotel Halifax. Loved the tv box to stream your own apps as their wifi is amazing. Bed good little soft but personal preference. Staff was great! Loved their no room cleaning unless more than a certain # of days!! Environment and my lazy mornings loved it very smart!! Hope to stay again. Lots of road construction but it’s not a problem.
