The hotel is clean and cute. Staff are nice and helpful. It was quite confusing walking from the parking area to the hotel. It would have made my stay better if I didn’t have to pay additional for parking.

Parking was an awful experience, we had to park at another hotel across the street but with the closed streets and one ways it took a good 15-25 mins to get our vehicle to/from the parking lot. Room didnt even have a microwave, definitely avoid if you have kids. Even my 4 year old thought the beds were very uncomfortable. No food available before 7am, which was not so great since we had to be at the competition for 7am, which meant leaving by 6:30 to get our vehicle and drive the 5min trip. Parking in front of the hotel that they claim can be used for checking in is actually assigned to taxis only, so we were asked to move while unloading our van and had to reload the majority of luggage in the morning on foot, across the street and through the parkade. Do not recommend.
