We are very pleased to have a kitchen with the suite because we were here for several days. Breakfast was wonderful and complementary. The location is good for exploring Halifax. Beds were comfortable and me and enjoyed having a wonderful view of the river.

The continental breakfast was excellent at this hotel! There were many healthy options. The staff in all departments were wonderful- friendly and helpful! The hotel was modern and clean and was in an excellent location! Everything was walkable! Would definitely return! Thank you!

Great for our family needs and. clean. Only critique is that the sofa bed had springs you could feel when you laid down. But great service and convenient location to downtown Halifax. Just warning that the hill going back up to the hotel from the waterfront may be quite strenuous for some to walk depending on your physical ability.

Hotel was ok but dated and in need of an upgrade. The biggest issue was that the exercise room is setup like someone's unfinished basement. You take the elevator to the 6th floor then walk up an old stairway to reach it. There you find a large, mostly empty, room with a jacuzzi next to two treadmills and no air conditioning. Humid and 35C , not ideal for exercise. Rooftop space was supposed to be a big selling point as well but was closed.

The staff was all friendly and helpful. Very nice lobby with fresh water and coffee. Security doors after a certain time. Pet friendly, but the room had stains,on catpets from previous pet stays and there were screaming and crying children and kids,running up and down hallways from suppertime until 2:30 AM on the 3rd floor. It was most unpleasant for the pruce I paid for 1 night and no sleep.

Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Halifax. It is walking distance to the waterfront and a multitude of dining options. The underground parking is easy, right on site. The beds are super comfortable and the onsite breakfast was great.

Very helpful concierge, clean room, and housekeeping had an eye for detail. Loved the central location - a bit of a climb from the waterfront, but I liked having easy access to other city highlights like Citadel Hill and the Public Gardens.
