« Great place for us and our dogs. They really enjoyed the indoor play space. Excellent location for getting around the city. Plenty of street parking. Eclectic space that met the price point. The owner runs a dog daycare in the basement unit so you can hear some barking during the day but no noise at night. We definitely plan on staying here again next time we're in the City. »

« This property is well-situated near public transportation. We didn’t have trouble finding parking. Alec is a hands-off host, but responded within minutes to my questions. The inside of the property suited us perfectly and had everything we needed. We were there on the hottest days of the year, and the window AC units were able to keep us cool. « Property was comfortable and clean. The only thing was the poor water pressure in the shower. But the host was very responsive and said he would fix it. So that issue maybe resolved now. Really enjoyed me stay, great location! »

« Cette unité est parfaite pour une famille. Très propres et dans un quartier sécuritaire ce qui n'est réellement passé le cas de tout les unités dans Chicago. Le stationnement ce fait dans la rue mais étant un quartier tranquille, nous avons toujours eu une place près du condo. Cuisine fonctionnelle mais petite table a manger pour maximum 4 personnes. Très grand salon. À 10 min à pied de la station de métro Ashland qui vous mènera partout sinon l'arrêt pour l'autobus 62 est à 30 seconde a pied....

« Place was just as pictured. Clean space, comfortable bed and had all the things I needed. This is a basement apartment and only has 6 foot ceilings so keep that in mind if you are a taller person. »

« Accurate listing. It’s a bit smaller in person. Parking is available on the street but no designated parking. Some nights we had to park a few blocks away. The upstairs neighbors were obnoxiously loud at 5:30 in the morning and late at night. Overall it was a safe secured location, the house was clean and conveniently located to downtown. »
