"Room was fine, but bed was way too soft. Key-Card was difficult to use and took 4-5 attempts. Drapes were so heavy, after we opened them, we could not close them for fear of pulling them off the wall/ceiling, and there was no one to intercede. Overall, it was all fine but we only stayed one ..."
