Overall it was, okay. Please make sure your doors are locked Our car was broken in to and staff did nothing about it. Not in walking distance to the Falls. Breakfast was mediocre.

The place is run down and disgusting. Bugs in room. Every towel has a stain and someone else’s hair on it. So so so gross. No light in room, bed wasn’t comfy. It takes 10 minutes for the shower to get somewhat warm (not exaggerating). The staff is not helpful. They have signs to swipe the car in garage but according to staff it doesn’t work - a sign at the very least would’ve been nice so we didn’t get stuck down there. I couldn’t spend my whole stay there as it was that gross and disgusting. And of course they’re greedy and wouldn’t refund my money. Avoid at all costs.

Apart from this property at a walkable distance- 1 mile from the falls(though the walk is not enjoyable at night) and morning breakfast; there isn’t anything I liked about the hotel. Ofcourse their staff is great, I would give them that. The property is completely outdated, there was no smart TV, the mattress sheets were ripped, the sleeper sofa was little broken as well. After this experience I will never ever book a hotel below 3 star and that too a well established chain hotel. This was by far the worst hotel I had stayed in terms of property and room conditions.

I paid $360 inclusive of taxes expecting a better hotel and room 1. The old 3-story building poor outlook. 2. The room has substandard toiletries.3. Breakfast has no omelet when asked about the water bottle the working lady said to use a vending machine outside the hall. Juices were basically a powder of orange and apple juice. I saw the worker filling out the machine. I am also not happy with Expedia. For the last many decades, I have been a happy customer buying air tickets and always prefer to purchase through Expedia.
