"Booked a room with a kitchen, and the hotel amenities listed cookware, utensils,etc. There was NO cookware nor utensils—only 2 small glasses! Sparsely decorated and uncomfortable furniture. Did not live up to the good reviews I had read."

"I wasnt aware of laundry service. Service was ok but you have to ask for it. Staff were friendly and helpful but many things broke down or hard to operate including elevator and microwave and tv"
