"The property was very nice and the staff was great when you needed a ride somewhere. They had an Easter Bunny and scavenger hunt for the kids to keep them occupied. The pools were clean and not too crowded. The only isse with the room was that the toilet didn’t flush properly. You had to hold the handle for 3 seconds to get it to go down, longer or shorter and it wouldn’t go down. "

"The room was very clean. The pools were great for relaxing with the bars close by. I was able to have dinner at several of their restaurants and took advantage of the spa. The spa was 10/10. Perfect hotel for everyone."

"The room was great. Comfortable bed, clean. My greatest dislike was the property was not easily accessible on foot to get to the restaurants or pools. Extreme hills. Cannot walk in heels. They have golf carts to take you around but I was not expecting this. Not convenient. I was very disappointed. I’m a walker so getting around was difficult. Hiking nearby but didn’t feel safe.. "

"The bathroom was dirty especially the shower. You can tell it has been renovated, however, it has not been up kept. The cleaning ladies never cleaned my room or provided turn down service. They only knocked on my door to give clean towels. I really didn’t utilize the pool. "

"The property really needs a lot of upgrades. The carpet in the room looked like it was at least 30 years old very dingy, dirty and smelly. Was a great location however, the quality of the facility was lackluster."

"Average hotel that was incredibly overpriced. Maybe the price hike was for the NCAA tournament. Parking was horrible. It was either pay $32 a night for a lot behind the hotel or $45 for valet in the same lot. The metro rail is right across the street, I highly recommend taking it for transportation."

"The hotel/extended stay was amazing. I had the two bedroom apartment and I was not disappointed. The kitchen was fully stocked. The rugs sheds. The floor was dusty. The patio had ashes and cigarettes. The housekeeping manager was very nice as I ran into her in the hallway, she showed me around the pool and fitness area because I was lost and she was very useful when I needed extra towels during my stay. The residents were kind and fun to chill with. Overall, the place was great and I will definitely stay here again. I have very few suggestions: 1) They do not have a bellhops but have luggage carts to use on your own. You will need to return the carts you use but most people don't. Having a part-time bellhopper would be beneficial. 2) Towels for the pool should be easily accessible around the pool area. 3) They need a market or food around the pool. It will enhance the vibe. The surrounding areas have a lot of unhoused people and it can be kind of scary at night even though there are various food options around. 4) Housekeeping should not be an extra charge when you are staying for 3 plus days. "
