We were pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was! Especially when you consider that this is a pet-friendly motel! The room was cleaner than even many 4-star, expensive hotels. While the hotel has suffered some maintenance issues, the cleanliness was outstanding. If I could give it a 6-star review, I would.

Nothing is perfect until you get great deals on hotels. Service and cleaning is great! Towels everyday and toilet paper…key cards a new and work great! Security and staff is helpful. Bigger rooms are available and close to the cheapest rates in Phoenix.

Friendly staff, very clean property. Comfy beds with plenty of room amenities. Secure parking and roaming security guards. Not much to do within walking distance. Freeway is directly off I-17. The staff was the best things here other then that the cleanliness was below average and the noise was the worst I constantly heard the person up stairs with every move they made and it was hard to sleep or get peace! Overall I would say it’s a two or one out of 5 but the staff and service boast it’s up a start or two
