From the moment I checked in, everything was smooth and stress-free. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever I had a question or needed anything during my stay. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I really appreciated how quiet it was at night, which made it easy to relax and get good rest. The studio setup was practical and convenient, especially for a longer stay, and everything worked exactly as it should. Housekeeping kept the property in good shape, and common areas were consistently clean. The location is another big plus. Being right off the Black Canyon Highway made it easy to get around Phoenix, and there were plenty of nearby stores, restaurants, and essentials within a short drive. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Pillows are a bit small and we only had 2 for 2 people, we asked for more and they brought them up. Room is a bit bare bones though, no iron, blow dryer, hangers, coffee pot etc. but there was a mini fridge and microwave. Overall we were good with the stay and it was very cheap for the area.
