Oasis on the Lake with a killer view, not far from town

This house is super private and cozy. It has all the amenities you desire. Each bedroom has a closet and windows that look out at the lake. There is a hot tub and great outdoor living space. Only being 10 minutes from town it's easy to stock up at and retreat back to this lovely home.
The house has a gas stove and bbq so you can bbq all winter. There is a garage for your car, and easy to park in driveway. Wifi is super fast and a tranquil place to work from.

The lake has a path all around it and it leads to some mountain biking trails if you so desire. There is a cafe close by as well as the 108 Store/post office and gas station if you need to stock up.

Birds use the 108 lake as a stop over on they way south or the way back up in the spring, its a very unique place to be. So come enjoy!
