"My husband and I had the finest stay at Finest Cancun! Everything was fantastic from top to bottom. We stayed in the private pool suite and the room was very luxurious; both could use a little updating though. The linens were spotless which is something I am always paranoid about when traveling so I was very comfortable during my stay. "Overall My husband and I had a great time. Most staff were very helpful. Some not so much. We went for our anniversary. We mentioned it in the email sent and we mentioned it at check in. It would have been nice if someone would have done a simple gesture. As new guest at your resort The small kinks would not discourage us from possibly visiting again! I must mention there are two staff members that really stood out. Antonia from the laguna restaurant. She was amazing. We absolutely loved her....
