"The staff were above and beyond. They were very accommodating with my dog and it was pet friendly. They provided a dog dish, treat, and toy for him. The hotel was very clean and well kept however it is pretty basic. Perfect place to rest your head during your stay in Banff. Highly recommend and I would stay here again. "

"The Hidden Ridge Resort is a hidden gem :) Gorgeous location and very private (yet fully accessible to downtown Banff). All of the staff are super courteous, efficient and helpful-but especially at the front desk. The pool and hot tub are wonderfully situated and are blessed with splendid views. There are even super clean and convenient bbq facilities. We saw lots of wildlife (birds galore, deer, elk, squirrels, chipmunks and rabbits etc.) on this visit and when you can book a fully equipped suite/condo with a great loft, at a great price, there are no better reservations to be had for couples or families. We will most definitely return in the off season. The beds are comfortable but the rooms can get a little warm (especially the lofts) in the heat of summer as there is no A/C, but we have stayed at multiple lodgings in Banff for numerous years, and Hidden Ridge is hard to beat. When we can get an excellent rate, there is nowhere else like it and we are never disappointed. "
