"Stayed a short two nights. The room was spacious, comfortable and although on lvl 2 of the resort the view was still stunning. Had breakfast once but was expensive and average so we chose to eat elsewhere the rest of the time. All in all while the product sold was excellent, in terms of value for money i would not recommend nor would i stay here again. We picked this place to experience the grandeur of a bygone era, and two nights at AUD3,000 was a bit steep. Super convenient for the gondola, hike up sulfur mt, and the thermal baths"

"Loved the amount of room with having 2 teenagers. The views were AMAZING. Having the option to cook out own food was helpful in saving from going out. Complementary bus tickets was also a pleasant surprise. We will definitely stay here again!"

"This was our first time staying here and really no complaints other than a small TV in the room The beds are very comfortable and the room is stocked with a coffee machine, mini fridge and portable fan which is great because we need white noise to sleep. The rooms are on the smaller side for two queens. We got the superior room so thought it would have been a bit larger but it’s nicely decorated. The bathroom is a good size and we love the Rocky Mountain soap company toiletries! They smell so good! Having the shampoo/ conditioner and body wash in the shower on the wall is a huge convenience The keg is located in the hotel so nice and close if you are craving a great steak. Heated underground parking is also a great asset to have Overall great hotel ., close to downtown and shopping "
