"Excellent option in a great location"
Hosting here give families a lot of options to enjoy Banff and the area within. Very well located on main street, walking distance to a wide variety of amenities, exit to ski areas through easy access to Canada's Highway 1. Clean and comfortable. Refurbish of premises would improve a lot the experience.

"Perfect for family and economic"
The parking is included and safe. The breakfast is included and offer fresh omelet bar, fresh fruit, meat, toast, pancake. Very good. The hotel is quiet and clean. It is downtown Banff less than 3 minutes walking from all the stores. There is bus leaving for ski hill and they sell discounted ski tickets.

"Great Hotel"
Our first room was on the main floor and we did not like it as there was no view at all. We asked to get move to a different room and Kevin (Duty Manager) was prompt and quick in moving us in a different room with an excellent view. Hotel staff was great, cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, complimentary car wash, swimming pool, steam room clean, close to Banff street, highlights of our stay was the Friday special all you can eat seafood 2 for 1.

"Really nice Hotel for a trip to Banff"
The Homestead Inn was a really nice Hotel for us because it was so close to banff Avenue and really cheap too! We paid less for the two queensize bedroom in the homestead Inn for 4 people than we would have in the hostel which is not really close and where the conditions are not as nice. It was also really nice that you can use the hot tubs and the sauna for free in the next building, the Banff Park Lodge We were really happy with the hotel and I will definitely recommend it and book the same hotel for my next trip to Banff!

"Great hotel right in the middle of downtown Banff"
When we first walked in, the staff were there to greet us right away and were very helpful with describing the parking - we decided to pay the extra 5$/night for the heated underground parking which was definitely worth it! We parked right outside the hotel and unloaded all of our stuff (snowboards, etc.), and took the secured elevator up to the third floor to our room. It was a perfect size for 2 people, with a decent sized, clean bathroom and one queen bed. We had a flat screen TV with a fair amount of channels - all we wanted to watch was the Olympics occasionally anyways, we were there to adventure, not sit in a hotel room! The mini fridge was great to have, and there was plenty of room for suitcases and snowboarding gear. The room was clean, as was the bed. It was great to be able to open up the window and get fresh air. Being downtown, we heard a lot of noise during the night due to the Dancing Sasquatch bar being right across the street, but with some earplugs it was bearable. We ended up out most nights anyways, and were normally tired after full days in the mountains so we crashed pretty easily! Being right downtown, there were plenty of shops and great restaurants all around us. Every time we entered or left the hotel, the front staff were always smiling at us and asking us about our days. I would definitely stay here again! Our trip was amazing, and the hotel and staff were great. Definitely would recommend!

"Best hotel in the heart of downtown for night life"
I stayed in the best room - the Boss' Suite - the room was beautiful. There was 2 log couches, log canopy king bed, HUGE ensuite with 2 person jacuzzi tub. There was a nice welcome note addressed to me with 4 Bernard Callebaud chocolates (a local Calgary chocolatier) Pros: unobstructed mountain view, window placement was completely private (could keep curtains open to enjoy the view), free parking, great attentive and friendly service, free well stocked continental breakfast. Bed was super comfy, not too soft, not too hard, same with pillows. Double sinks, separate shower and toilet room. Cons: the hotel guests were loud, the nightlife and club across the street weren't a problem. I'd suggest asking for a room in a quieter are of the hotel facing outwards and not facing the tiny inner courtyard. Shower is small and basic compared to rest of room. I've stayed in a number of banff hotels and this will be my top choice when I return. This was my 2nd time staying at Brewsters (last time was a loft room) and I would book here again for the great pricing, large rooms, the convenience of being centrally located to everything in town.

"Blue Mountain Lodge"
Nice bed and breakfast and a refreshing change from the larger hotels where there is often a lot of noise from partying skiers. The owner even moved his truck to make room for me in their small and snowbound parking lot. Will book again :)
