"This property is literally part of the Victoria train station. Made my last day in the UK a breeze as all I needed to do was roll out of bed and onto the train to the airport! Was clean and neat but the room I had was small. Enough for me. One or two people with little room for luggage. Other then that it was wonderful."

"Great location! So convenient. The comfy bed & shower facilities were outstanding. The room is small but efficient. It did take us time to work out the high-tech iPad that controls everything. We’re older. But once we got help with it, it became easy. Breakfast has a good assortment. We liked it very much & we had an outstanding view of the Tower of London!"

"I dinged one star out of 5 only because you can hear everything, noise from the street, and people next door. Walls are too thin, and looks like the windows are not sound proofed. Other than that, great clean hotel and the service was excellent, they checked us in early as I requested beforehand, and gave us a wonderful anniversary present waiting for in our room. We booked a bigger room, comfortable, nice, didnt like the bathroom design. Shower door does not shut so water leaks out while...

"Rooms are small- but absolutely serviceable. My window for the king room looked out to an alley- but I was in my room to sleep. Lobby is lovely, staff were all super helpful and friendly!"

"Convenient Hotel to Heathrow. Included breakfast which was appreciated. Comfortable clean room. Woukd stay again only issue being getting to the hotel. Needs more research as 18 pounds from Terminal 5 by taxi and 27 pounds by taxi to Terminal 4. There must be more reasonable ways to access. That could be my fault for a lack of research. Overall Hotel itself would be a winner. "

"Great place ruined by penny-pinching. Look, I get some of the cost-savings…. although the very annoying machine-checkin, while 2 staff members stand right next to it is just pointless, people want to check-in/out to a human, not a screen…. But I then overheard a tech say the following. The air cond is deliberately turned off at 11am, 6pm and 2am. It turns itself off in every room. UK buildings like this are often really hot, 10 degrees more than outside as they have been designed to keep...

"Nice hotel, easy access to tourist hop on hop off bus, right next to Tower of London. Rooms are very nice with either a view of Katherine's Harbor or the Thames. Concierge was very helpful with all requests. I would definayely stay therebagain."
