“Definitely recomend”
Excellent location, few minutes walk down the street to London Eye, Westminister Abbey, Big Ben etc. Easy access to subway trains. Rooms are spacious (by London standards), clean and very modern. Wife and kids "wowed" as we entered the room. What more can I ask. Good service. The concierge service took care of our bags till the night, after we checked out and continued sight-seeing London.

Great, modern hotel, almost new (April 2010). Comfortable rooms. Excellent location. Helpful staff. Was able to get a paid late checkout (10 GBP per extra hour) -- it was still helpful. Around the corner from the London Eye, Big Ben and the bars/restaurants of Waterloo.

We had a small leak in the shower...other than that, it was a spectacular experience!!!! The glass murals were a great touch ... two in my suite .... much fun! JP
“Loved everything about our stay”
The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge is an oasis of calm in the busy city of London. Everything was perfect from the memory foam mattress, to the tea service in the room, to the great bar right as you enter the second level. New Year's Eve was perfect, and the hotel put on a great party for its guests. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends and one has already book for this summer. You will not be disappointed.
“Fantastic Hotel!”
We couldnt believe our luck securing such a beautiful hotel in such a perfect location for a very reasonable price. We were delighted with the mini suite - bed room, small living room (both with flat screen tv) and small kitchen area. We spent every evening in the room & were able to prepare a lovely tea from groceries obtained from a small Tesco Express just over Westminister Bridge - at normal Tesco prices too! We used the pool every morning at 8 - 9am. We were told on a bus tour that the hotel was only built 2 years ago & at a cost of £250 million. It is seen to be one of the best hotels in London now. The room was kept meticulously clean & air conditioning ensured the temperature was just right. There was no noise to be heard either inside or outside the hotel. Staff were pleasant & friendly. We were just DELIGHTED with our experience.
“Great Location”
This hotel could not be in a better place. It is one of the more pricey hotels, but worth every cent for sure. Walking out of the front door immediately gives you one of the most iconic sights in London. It is also only about a five minute walk from Waterloo Station, where you can catch the trains or the underground.
