“Highly recommended”

We stayed at the hotel on a night prior to catching a flight. The hotel is a beautiful new structure and though the staff are very formal they were very professional and when engaged in conversation were friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet and the atmosphere relaxing, making it perfect for a stay before a long haul flight. The hotel is expensive, but assuming I can afford another stay, I would certainly do so. This is a very nice hotel.

“Outsatnding hotel in the airport.”

Very useful for the airport as it is in terminal 5. Could have better signage in the airpot for directions. This is my only gribe because otherwise the hotel was outstandind.

“Great place to stay at Heathrow”

Lovely hotel. An oasis of calm at the airport. The room was so quiet you could hardly believe you were at a busy airport. We ate at the Vivre restaurant. Butter chicken and the Beef rendang were superb.

“In Is Better Than Near when I come to Heathrow.”

The hotel is sleek, modern, comfortable and clean. It's nicely located IN not NEAR the airport, a huge plus. The staff is, if anything, a bit too attentive. It can feel just a bit overdone.
