“beautifully clean”
Excellent service nothing was too much trouble. Always polite and helpful.
“great choice in London”
I had a basic room which was a bit small but completely updated. Excellent bath facilities. Great audio/visual connections. Pleasant staff and convenient location. One of the best places I have stayed in London and I would go there again.
“Excellent”
Highly recommend. Quiet, clean, high quality place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location. Should have used the steam room, dry heat sauna and massage services earlier in my stay instead of waiting until the 7th and 8th nights. This will be the 1st place I'll try to stay when I return. Thank you for helping make my first visit to London so enjoyable.
“Excellent hotel at very good location.”
Location of the hotel is excellent. The interiors of the hotel are very good. Overall a very good quality hotel.
“Spring vacation in London”
We enjoyed staying at this hotel, once we were able to get into our room. The concierge staff are excellent. The expedia website listing of room categories did not correspond to the listing offered by the hotel. As a result, we downgraded our room so that we could obtain a refurbished room. We would definately return to this hotel if vacationing in London.
“Great location and good value hotel”
On the edge of Kensington Park- right near Princess Diana's palace- and short walk from the Tube.. clean, reasonable and well kept hotel
“Nice hotel”
Referbished rooms on the higher floor are very nice, very modern. Desk Service generally very good.
“Would definitely go back!”
Great hotel, 5 mins from Underground station, clean, quiet and very helpful staff. The only negative was that the pillows were far too soft! Breakfast is quite pricey but there is a Starbucks over the road. There are lots of shops along the High St and the area feels safe at night.
“One night stay”
The Royal Garden has excellent location. Located on the high street and on the Hide Park. The service is excellent. The hotel is well kept. It is expensive hotel. We usually stay when there is a sale on the price. The hotel has excellent resturant and cafe. I do recommend this hotel for the excellent and consistent service.
“Lovely hotel, lovely neighborhood”
Our stay coincided with the volcanic ash activity and our flight home was cancelled. The hotel was very accommodating and were able to move us to a slightly smaller room with a much smaller bathroom at a lower rate for the five additional days. Other staff in the business centre were very helpful with cost saving tips for using the telephones. The concierges were also very helpful.
