"Vancouver, a city of surprises"
The hotel was well placed for activities Round the harbour but venturing out a bit further revealed things we never anticipated. Stanley Park, Capilano Suspension Bridge and. Visit to Granville Island made our stay very special. Facilities at the hotel swimming pool are basic, it is surrounded by high rise buildings but all our needs were met.

Pacific Inn Resort & Conference Centre

1160 King George Hwy, Surrey - Map
"Very helpful staff"
The front desk staff were excellent for helping with directions and providing small items when asked. The cleaning staff were very friendly and seemed happy in their work. Good vibes all around. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna. Sunday brunch was very good. Rooms about average but there's only so much you can do in an older hotel. Stayed three nights and would probably do so again if i needed a hotel in area.

Rating: 3.0 Stars

Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites North Vancouver

700 Old Lillooet Rd, North Vancouver - Map
"Good position to explore North Vancouver"
Lovely hotel. Well situated for touring Vancouver. Good parking facilities and all amenities you could require in a hotel. Maintenance in the hotel seemed a little poor. Lift wasn't working when we arrived the pad to call the lift was half off the wall. Tap in the Ensuite leaked. The Resturant was poor. Menu limited, not well presented or cooked.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Langley - Langley Hotels
Rating: 2.5 Stars

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Langley

8750 204 St, Langley - Map
"Almost Consistent with Holiday Inn standards"
Overall we had a good experience, just a few little issues. First, I didn't need a lecture at check in that it is my responsibility to know that how the rooms are described on the internet when I made the booking thru Expedia is not actually what I will get (??) and that I should know what constitutes a standard room in the Holiday Inn world. 2nd) Although housekeeping was working the floor when I checked in (which was after 3pm) the carpets in hallway and room did not appear to get vacuumed, there were some pretty obvious signs. 3rd) When a hotel uses pillow cases that are stitched with the words 'firm' or 'soft' then I would expect the pillow enclosed to be as described. Nada, all the pillows in the room were soft, well aged. Good thing there were 4 pillows on each bed plus a couple more in the closet! But what was described as 'continental breakfast' is actually a full breakfast buffet! And the pool/hot tub/exercise room were very good, too.
