"Holiday Stay"
Went to the Hard Rock for a three night stay on memorial day weekend The staff was friendly and the room was pretty clean but if you want quiet I would suggest to take a city view room since it's away from the pool the pool is definitely a party with a live DJ from noon until six So during the weekend it gets quite loud around the pool view rooms, ate at their Simon restaurant, the food was good take advantage of the 25% coupon since the food is a bit expensive, otherwise the Hotel is right in the center of everything, easy walk, pleasant experience

"Great hotel in the heart of Palm springs"
Amazing hotel. One of the best hotels ive stayed in Palm Springs. Our view was great and our room was so comfy. The location of the hotel is the best because its right in the center where all the action is. Pool was very clean. Overall great experience

"Only one problem..."
The only issue was the pool was crowded, so much so that we sat on the hot concrete for an hour before we gave up on trying to relax by the pool/swim. It looked very inviting though. The food at the hotel was amazing. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The TV was outdated and the Internet was slow but there was so much to do outside the hotel it hardly mattered. It was fairly close to downtown Palm Springs and some very cool outdoor activities. The grounds are beautiful. We didn't get out on the golf course at all but they appeared very well maintained. The weather was warm and sunny and perfect. I would recommend the Desert Princess to anyone who asked. This was a great choice for our stay.

"Fun, friendly and comfortable"
We were very comfortable and very well taken care of the four days we were there. El Jeffe, the in house restaurant bar, has some of the best Mexican cuisine anywhere and makes the best Margerita ever. You've got to stay here!

"Updated 60's chic'"
We stayed in room 117 which was handicapped accessible so the shower was huge as well as the rest of the bathroom. However, it didn't allow for any counter space to put our overnight bags and toiletries which we kept in the floor. The room was as advertised and smelled clean and well updated. Bed was comfortable and clean. Kids were loud outside in the pool but we ran the air all night and didn't hear a thing. Parking was lacking... We were told to park in the handicapped loading area and promised that we wouldn't get a ticket. We did what the hotel advised and didn't get a ticket, however we were worried all night and felt weird about parking there. The hotel was a little too far to walk to town but the free trolly is only a block south which takes you there. Would recommend for a quick trip but will try something else next time for the price.

Very convenient to downtown Palm Springs. Only issues that we had were the door card (key) didn't initially work, the hair dryer and safe were broken (replaced in adequate time), and there was no bellman present at 8 AM to help us with our luggage (there is no elevator) when we were getting ready to leave. Otherwise, the stay was fine. This is my second time there and I would do so again.

"A little Run Down - Great service"
a little overrated in terms of facilities - Amazing staff !!! - The rooms look a little bit old, they just did a coat of paint and added some furniture that has seen better days, the staff was great, the bed is comfy.
