“Nice Clean Hotel”
Las Brisas is nicely located in the heart of palm springs. Newly decorated and friendly staff, this is a great option if you don't want to spend much and still have a great time.
“Good for comfort and atmosphere”
Las Brisas Hotel has a calm, relaxing Spanish atmosphere and decor. Great location in Palm Springs with one easy block from the strip and center city. Easy to walk anywhere downtown. Friendly, service oriented staff. Love the courtyards and fountains, and the pool and jacuzzi.
“Beauty in the desert”
I have stayed at this hotel many times before and always look forward to a springtime trip to Palm Springs so I can go back. I have spoken to otheers staying there who recommend that an October trip might be very enjoyable, too. It is quite beautifully landscaped, very inviting and comfortable, relatively quiet. A nice pool and hottub offer lots of relaxation, or opportunity to read and soak up the sunshine. The staff is gracious, friendly, helpful and always available. A lovely large breakfast is included in the price and there is a perfectly quaint Mexican style patio to enjoy eating out among the plants and birds. I just love this place and would recommend it highly.
“Follies Fun”
We stay at this hotel every year when we go to the Palm Springs Follies. It's very nice, clean, hospitable, and only two blocks from the Follies. They provide an excellent breakfast in the morning. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is also one of the best seafood restaurants in Palm Spring directly across the street.
“WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!”
THE HOTEL WAS GREAT! THE ROOM WAS VERY LARGE AND HAD MANY UP-GRADES NOT USUALLY FOUND IN MOST HOTELS - LARGE VANITY, MIRRORED CLOSET DOORS, NICE PATIO AREA OUTSIDE THE ROOM. WE WILL BE GOING BACK AGAIN IN THE FALL AND HAVE RECOMMEDED IT TO SEVERAL OF OUR FRIENDS.
“BEST CENTER OF PALM SPRINGS HOTEL”
YOU WILL LOVE IT
“plm sprg's best hotel”
like your grounds, well kept. parkg lot lots of space. breakfast was wonderful.. liked a lot
“Friendly and Convenient”
The hotel is a well-maintained property with lovely flowers, bougainvilias, and fountains. The people at the front-desk were friendly and helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants. The location is extrememy convenient - you are 1 block from the "main drag" to walk around during the weekly street market or shopping/dining. The pool/spa is nothing special, but it was nice to relax in the hot tub in the evening. The most disappointing part of our stay was the breakfast. While the selection was good (omelet, waffle, various toasts, cereals, oatmeal, juice, etc), the room was awful. Like a bomb shelter - tiny, overheated, clausterphobic with no windows. There was ample seating in different sections outside, however it was a tad too cold for that when we were there, and I imagine for much of the year it may be too hot to sit out there either! Overall a good stay, GREAT PRICE, and we would definitely stay there again.
“Great hotel and location.”
This hotel is right downtown Palm Springs, very convenient to restaurants and shops. Plenty of free parking. Pool was nice and plenty of place to sit in the shade or take in some sun. We would definitely stay there again.
“Excellent location and value”
Las Brisas was in a great location. This was our first trip to Palm Springs so we had no idea about where to stay. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk to the trendy downtown area and there are several great restaurants to choose from. The hotel is only a few miles from the airport which is a huge plus. Even though it's close to the airport there is no air traffic noise as the flight paths are in the opposite direction. The hotel is a hacienda style with gorgeous bougainvillea climbing up the sides, along with lovely fountains, landscaping and a nice, but a little small swimming pool. There were plenty of lounge chairs and the misting machines kept us cool. Breakfast was okay, although there could be a better selection of fruit. The only choices were grapefruit, which was great and horrible red delicious apples which seem to be the choice of many hotels serving free breakfasts. If they spent a little more money they could perhaps serve oranges, bananas and maybe apples that are of better quality. You get what you pay for I guess. The service at the front desk was excellent, everyone at the desk was super friendly. The breakfast staff, 1 person in particular could take a lesson in customer service and at least say good morning and maybe even smile. The restaurant manager seemed to be a bit of a grouch also and that may be reflected on some of his staff. Our room was very comfy, great air conditioning and spotless. All in all a great place to stay. I'd highly recommend it.
